Terms and Policies for Free Trial Class at Beelieve Academy

Thank you for your interest in Beelieve Academy's free trial class! We're excited to welcome your child into our learning environment. Please review the following terms and policies:

Class Details: This is a full class preview. It will include learning time and a brief snack time. Please bring a snack for your child. Snacks will not be provided. Parents may attend the class or come back at the end of class to pick up your child. Class will begin prompty at 9am and end at 11:30am. Children will be lined up at 11:30 am for dismissal.

Age Requirement: Children participating in the free trial class must be between the ages of 2.5 and 5 years old.
Potty Training: To attend the free trial class, children must be fully potty trained.
Age Eligibility for Enrollment: Children must be turning 3 years old by September 1st to be eligible for enrollment in our preschool program.
Registration Form: To secure a spot for your child in the free trial class, please complete and submit the registration form provided.
Limited Spots: Availability for the free trial class is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration Deadline: Registration for the free trial class must be completed by April 9.
Eligibility for Free Registration: Parents/guardians who register and sign up for the 2-hour free trial class will be eligible for free registration if paid by May 1st.
Attendance: We kindly request that parents ensure their child's attendance for the entire duration of the free trial class.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your child's registration for the free trial class, please notify us at least by April 11th.
Health and Safety: Beelieve Academy prioritizes the health and safety of all students and staff. Please ensure your child is in good health and free from any contagious illnesses when attending the free trial class.
Supervision: Children attending the free trial class will be under the supervision of qualified teachers and staff at all times.

I give permission for my child’s photograph(s) and/or videotaping(s) to be used for preschool marketing materials offline and online, newsletters, and art projects.
