Beelieve Academy Summer Camp Guidelines ☀️🐝

We are so excited to learn, play, and explore together this summer! To help our campers have the best experience and keep our online summer camp running smoothly, please agree to our classroom policies:

I understand that after signing up, I will receive an email with access to the preschool's member's area, and I will find resources there on how the preschool runs.

Lastly, I understand that after I register and sign up for online preschool, it may take up to 24 hours to send instructions on how to access the preschool classes.

Parent Support:
We kindly ask that a parent or guardian stays nearby during camp sessions to help with technology, materials, or participation if needed. Your support helps everything run smoothly and keeps our little learners feeling confident!

Positive Behavior:
At Beelieve Academy, we create a kind and encouraging space for everyone. Campers are expected to use listening ears, follow directions, and treat teachers and friends with kindness. If a child has difficulty following expectations, we may pause participation to maintain a positive environment for all.

I understand that after signing up, I will receive training videos that teach me how to login in to the Zoom classroom, manage my billing, and communicate with the teacher. I understand that classes are scheduled for Eastern Standard Time. I understand that after registering, payment is not due until June 1 (first day of classes). I also understand that tuition fees will not be refunded and that I can cancel at anytime. I understand that I will need to log my kiddo into the Zoom classroom for each class session, but I do not need to stay during class time. However, I understand that Beelieve Academy is not a babysitter, and that if my kiddo is misbehaving during online summer camp, that the teacher will talk to me about finding a solution to help my kiddo be productive and successful. Lastly, I understand that after I register and sign up for online summer camp, it may take Beelieve Academy up to 24 hours to offer instructions on how to access the Zoom classrooms.
